Basic provisions
The data controller within the meaning of article 4(7) of regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Pparliament and of the council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) is Gabriela Miková, Company ID No. 68199350 with its registered office at náměstí Družby 1214/3, 708 00 Ostrava (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”)

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier. Or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
Sources and categories of personal data processed
The controller processes personal data provided by the customer, as well as personal data obtained by the controller through submitted forms The controller processes identification and contact details. Together with any data necessary for the provision of services and communication with customers.
Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data
The legal basis for processing personal data is the provision of services to customers The purpose of processing personal data is communication with customers.
Data retention period
The controller retains personal data for as long as is necessary to provide services and to communicate with customers. Once the retention period has expired the controller permanently deletes the personal data.
Recipients of personal data
Recipients of personal data are individuals involved in the provision of services.The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to any international organization.
Your Rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the following rights:
The right of access to your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR
The right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR
The right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR
The right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR
The right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR
The right to withdraw your consent to processing.Either in writing or electronically, by using the postal address or email address of the controller as specified in Article III of these terms.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for personal data protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.
Conditions of Personal Data Security
The controller declares that all appropriate technical and organizational measures have been adopted to secure personal data. The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage systems as well as the storage of personal data in physical form. The controller declares that access to personal data is granted solely to persons authorized by the controller.
Final Provisions
By submitting any forms, you confirm that you have read and understood these Privacy policy terms and that you accept them in their entirety You agree to these terms by submitting the forms. By submitting the forms you confirm that you are familiar with the Privacy Policy and that you fully accept it. The Controller reserves the right to amend these terms. The updated version of the Privacy policy will always be published on the controller’s website.
These terms and conditions take effect as of 25 May 2018.
