FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q&A
Important information before your first appointment
The first step is to contact us either by phone or through the form on our website to let us know you are interested in the services we provide. We will help you choose the right service. We also recommend browsing our website, where each service is described step by step so you know what to expect and what the service includes.
Adaptation -preparing your child for the visit: If you would like to prepare your child for their visit to our center. We can also provide photos of our rooms and facilities to help them get a sense of what we look like, what the spaces are like and what will happen here.
Please let us know if you would like this.
If it would also help your child feel more comfortable for our staff to remain in everyday clothing rather than uniforms, just let us know.
The initial assessment involves a diagnostic evaluation of the child followed by an analysis, summary and recommendations. This also includes setting up the first phase of care. The entire process usually takes 2-3 hours. The frequency-based measurements are carried out in two parts: The first measurement takes about one minute. During this time, I also explain the child’s condition and my observations. This stage lasts approximately 20–30 minutes. The second diagnostic measurement follows, taking about 1–10 minutes for children. In total, these are two separate measurements of your child’s current condition using frequency analysis devices that indicate the body’s tendencies. Consultation and setting: Both parents/legal guardians attend the consultation with the child. We understand that children may react strongly to unfamiliar environments. If your child is sensitive to white coats, please inform us in advance so staff can remain in regular clothing. If it helps for your child to see photos of the office or the therapist beforehand, we will gladly provide them on request. We also allow the child a few moments to look around before starting the measurements. After the assessment: Once the frequency analysis and examination are complete, one parent may step out with the child while the other stays for the consultation. We will review the body’s tendencies and determine which tests need to be done immediately and which can be scheduled later. We will also outline the first steps toward making changes and explain how we will move through the process in phases. Questionnaires will be reviewed together and I will evaluate and explain the measurement results. Parents are encouraged to take notes during the consultation. With prior agreement the session may also be recorded. Finally we will summarize the findings, provide recommendations, and agree on the next steps.
Procedure for follow-up examinations
Follow-up appointments take place either in our office or online (Google meet) about 3-4 weeks after the initial visit. In exceptional cases, they may be conducted by phone. Before each scheduled consultation, I will send you a questionnaire regarding symptoms and an evaluation of your current situation.
During this period, the body’s internal environment changes and responds in various ways (positively or negatively). I assess these changes carefully. All steps are taken under the professional supervision of a therapist and parents are asked to follow the recommendations provided for each phase. I will check in with you about how you and your child are responding-whether you are taking the recommended supplements, managing the dietary changes and handling everything confidently. Based on your feedback and my evaluation of the overall clinical picture, we will set the next stage of the process.
In subsequent consultations, we focus on nutrition, meal planning and/if needed specific recipes or other concerns you wish to address. The number of changes at the beginning can feel overwhelming so it is important to schedule and plan them carefully. Some families adapt within a month or two, while others need more time. Everyone’s circumstances are different which is why an individualized approach is essential. Without it, there is a risk of exhaustion and losing the energy or motivation to continue.

Do we need to come to the center in person, or can we reach you online?
Several basic steps can be conducted online. We can start with the initial consultation via Skype and we can also arrange necessary tests and review the results together online. However, if you want a comprehensive evaluation of your situation an in-person visit to our center is required.
What questions do you answer by email?
I answer questions regarding dosage adjustments and those that can be addressed with a simple yes/no or by sending a link. If you need to discuss anything further this requires a consultation and an appointment at the center.
Do you see only children, or adults as well
Our services are used by adults, parents with infants and kids, seniors.
How many times a year should we come to the center?
This is very individual. If everything is going well and results are progressing as expected 2-3 visits per year are usually sufficient. In more complex cases, more frequent visits may be necessary.
However, the first three months are the most demanding which is why the client begins intensive care during this period. Sometimes we are in contact twice a week until everything stabilizes and you feel confident managing on your own. After roughly three months consultations begin to be spaced out. Usually occurring every two months. Many parents combine them with in-person visits to the center..
