Tests and Analyses
Often, clinical symptoms like neurodevelopmental challenges, behavioral issues, anxiety, chronic fatigue or digestive difficulties have deeper metabolic or immune roots.
That’s why targeted, high-quality laboratory tests are essential. They help us uncover what’s happening beneath the surface and design a personalized, effective support strategy.
Our approach is constantly evolving, informed directly by hands-on clinical experience at our center.
LABORATORY TESTING - blood, stool and urine analyses
At our center, we offer access to a range of specialized laboratory tests that are often not part of routine clinical practice but can play a key role in understanding the underlying causes of health challenges. These tests are provided exclusively for clients of our clinic. Individual test purchases are not currently available.
PANDA TEST - Bacterial Overgrowth Assessment
Measures total LPS (lipopolysaccharides) of bacterial origin to indicate LPS leakage into the bloodstream and intestinal permeability (“leaky gut”), which can affect digestion, behavior and immunity.
PANDAS, PANS
ZONULIN
A regulatory protein and marker of intestinal permeability (“leaky gut”).
Fungal and Yeast Testing
Homocysteine and Sulfur Amino Acid Metabolism Tests
Evaluate levels of methionine, cysteine, taurine, and other sulfur amino acids, critical for methylation, detoxification and neurological balance.
IAG Tests
Assess opioid peptides using HPLC methodology.
Food Intolerance (IgG4)
Histamine intolerance
GENETIC TESTING – Buccal Swabs
Our genetic tests are specifically designed to identify gene variants that may influence health based on your symptoms, including digestive issues, mental health imbalances, lifestyle-related conditions, and chronic illnesses, so called the “dirty genes”.
MTHFR, MTR, MTRR
COMT (Val/Met, RS4818)
Affects how the body breaks down dopamine, impacts stress response and influences cognitive function.
IFTM3
Variants may increase susceptibility to more severe viral infections.
PEMT, 5-HTTLPR, MAO-A, D2D2 Tag 1A-141C
Influence choline metabolism and the regulation of dopamine and serotonin, affecting mood, cognition, and neurological balance.
DAO, HNMT1, HNMT2
Enzymes responsible for breaking down histamine in the gut and brain, which can affect digestion and nervous system function.
Apo-E
A gene associated with cognitive performance and potential risk for Alzheimer’s disease.
GST M1, T1, P1
Genes that affect the body’s ability to detoxify and manage oxidative stress.
TNF-SF15
A gene linked to chronic inflammation, IBS and fructose intolerance.
Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA)
Measures the relative amount of mitochondrial DNA, which can reflect cellular energy capacity and metabolic function.
Individual tests cannot be purchased at this time. If you are interested in consultations or additional services, we recommend selecting one of our service packages.
